Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Create detailed level design documents with a keen eye for detail and player experience
- Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
- Ability to create and present PowerPoint slides to explain all design concepts
- Generate ideas and development directions for internal projects
- Knowledge of gameplay styles on different platforms including mobile, console, PC and VR
Desirable
- Previous level design experience using Unity in a PC or console game
- Understanding and experience of UI/UX design for different game genres
- Ability to tell compelling stories
- Basic knowledge of 3D graphics and game programming
- An understanding of video game history

We are seeking a highly experienced senior Unity graphics programmer.
Requirements
- Multiple shipping games using Unity, particularly on PC and consoles
- Excellent knowledge of Unity’s HDRP, URP pipelines and post-processing stacks
- Ability to create stunning visual effects using Unity tools such as Shader Graph and Visual Graph
- Ability to optimise each level, scene using Unity’s Profiler without sacrificing visual quality
- Excellent understanding of Unity and C#
- Knowledge of GPU architectures and contemporary 3D graphics techniques
- Creative attitude to problem-solving
- Ability to work as part of a team and take an initiative
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills in English
Desirable
- Experience with Git and/or other version control systems
- Bachelors or master’s in computer science or related degree
- A passion for making and playing games
